The Benefits of meeting online
Driving to and from work, picking up the children at school, grocery shopping, medical appointments, and the like are good reasons your don’t have time to make a trip to the therapist’s office.
Traffic, distance, and lack of parking are major factors that make it challenging to make it to a therapist on time, especially if the clock starts ticking at the appointed time.
The thought of walking into a therapist’s office while everyone looks at you is unnerving. It is hard enough to have confidence in seeing a therapist. Feeling comfortable is essential, and discussing your problems in an office setting seems stressful.
Virtual Therapy helps accommodate your concerns.
Virtual Therapy, also called telehealth or video therapy, is done through a video format rather than face-to-face in an office setting. It offers excellent convenience to clients who can do therapy from a laptop or phone at home or in a private room in the workplace.
Some clients even do therapy over their phones inside their parked cars to gain confidentiality from family or co-workers.
I offer Virtual Therapy six days a week so there are ample appointment times available for clients who prefer the video format. It doesn’t take long for clients to feel comfortable and natural during their video sessions with me. Virtual therapy is an excellent alternative to in-person meetings.
